Smoked Salmon & Guacamole Sourdough Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices fresh sourdough bread (toasted or grilled)
- 150g Quescrem cream cheese
- 100g Mission guacamole
- 120g L’Exquis smoked salmon
- 1 lemon (half for juice, half for garnish slices)
- 2 tbsp capers (drained)
- Fresh dill or chives (optional, for garnish)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Toast the Bread
Lightly toast or grill the sourdough slices until golden and slightly crisp.
Prepare the Base
Spread a generous layer of Quescrem cream cheese on each slice.
Top with a thin layer of Mission guacamole.
Add the Salmon
Arrange slices of L’Exquis smoked salmon over the guacamole.
Add Zesty Toppings
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
Sprinkle with capers for a briny touch.
Finish & Serve
Garnish with fresh dill or chives and a crack of black pepper.
Serve immediately, with extra lemon wedges on the side.
Tip: If you want extra crunch, sprinkle some toasted pumpkin seeds or microgreens on top.
