Tiramissu

Ingredients

  • 250g Granarolo mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml Granarolo spray cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml strong coffee (cooled) or espresso
  • 12-16 ladyfinger biscuits 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Method

  • Prepare the Cream Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix Granarolo mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Gently fold in Granarolo spray cream (just enough to make it light and fluffy, don’t overmix).
  • Prepare the Coffee Soak:

    • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (don’t soak too long, or they’ll get mushy).
  • Assemble the Tiramisu:

    • In a dish or individual glasses, layer soaked ladyfingers.
    • Add a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Chill:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
  • Serve:

    • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
