Tiramissu

Ingredients
- 250g Granarolo mascarpone cheese
- 200ml Granarolo spray cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml strong coffee (cooled) or espresso
- 12-16 ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
Method
Prepare the Cream Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix Granarolo mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in Granarolo spray cream (just enough to make it light and fluffy, don’t overmix).
Prepare the Coffee Soak:
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (don’t soak too long, or they’ll get mushy).
Assemble the Tiramisu:
- In a dish or individual glasses, layer soaked ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Serve:
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings if desired.
